Personalised Prints Refunds and Amendments

Our refund and return policy for personalised prints

All personalised prints are products on demand.  Meaning when you place an order for a personalised print, another company prints it especially for you.  Therefore, Bemmie unfortunately does not accept refunds for change of mind.

We do however, as part of the process offer illustration revisions before printing if in case a customer is unsatisfied with their illustration.  The illustration revision will need to be within the style of the illustrations shown on the product page, we can change illustration style if you are unsatisfied with the style.

If merchandise products are received damaged or broken the Company will organise for a replacement product to be send to you under an accelerated shipping arrangement. We only request that you share an image of the damaged product so we can share it with out service provider.

We aren’t trying to be harsh – we can’t accept returns because once a product has been created there is no way for us to sell it on. Ordinary store-bought products can only be returned because they can be resold to other customers.

 

What if my printed product arrives damaged, or there is a fault?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at robin@bemmie.co.uk so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
